HealthNet Gaston

HealthNet Gaston (HNG) is a resource for low-income, uninsured Gaston County residents with chronic conditions to receive healthcare services at little or no cost. HNG enrollees receive:

• Primary Care (medical home)
• Access to selected specialty care
• Labs and Diagnostics
• Impatient Hospitalization
• Medication assistance

These services are available thanks to the generosity of the following community partners:

• 241 Public and private physicians and mid-level providers
• Community Health Partners
• Gaston Family Health Services
• Gaston Memorial Hospital/Caromont Health Care Commission
• Gaston County Department of Social Services
• Gaston County Health Department
• United Way of Gaston County
